Deep Tissue

Service Description

Deep tissue is an art form not to be confused with consistent heavy pressure during the duration of the massage. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains, stiff muscles and contracted areas. I use a variety of techniques to get under the muscles and work at the attachment sites to generate a more efficient and beneficial outcome. I do incorporate assisted stretching and resistance movements during the session. Usually deep tissue is targeted to one or a few muscle groups. I have background in the chiropractic field working with injuries and specific medical needs.

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Most of my appointments are two hour slots and many of my clients are on a waiting list. Failure to give a notice will result in a fee of $ 50.00 for one hour sessions, $75.00 for ninety minutes and $100.00 for the two hour sessions.
